Ran marathon in 2004, and a few halves, 10 and 5ks. Would like to run another marathon in the next few years.

43 year old Black female. Work in public school setting as a high school Guidance Director. Married for 19 years and have a 7 year old smart and very artistic son. I am I guess what you call a pescaterian(sp?). I don't eat meat , but I do eat seafood , and try to minimize my dairy intake as much as possible
